Our liability

Natural Medicine Care Homeopathy is a website operated by Soofi Abdul Aziz who is the provider of services to the client. Soofi Abdul Aziz is a self-employed practitioner of Homeopathy and is regulated by the Australian Register of Homeopaths. All therapeutic contact is between you and Soofi Abdul Aziz.

Natural Medicine Care Homeopathy provides the video conferencing service via Skype platform and all administrative services. Any complaint against Soofi Abdul Aziz should be raised with him in the first instance and, if necessary, escalated to the Australian Register of Homeopaths.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.


Payment for your sessions will be taken at the time of your booking. Bank details for funds transfer will be provided. The session will only go ahead as soon as funds are cleared or receipt of payment is sent to Soofi Abdul Aziz’s email or phone. We do not accept credit card payments.


If any appointment is cancelled 48 hours or more before your session, we will refund the full amount paid. There is no refund for any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice; this is also the case for any missed sessions. In exceptional circumstances Soofi Abdul Aziz may have to cancel your appointment – if this occurs you will receive a full refund for that session.

Please note that if you join any session under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or become abusive, insulting, disruptive or act in an unreasonable manner during the session Soofi Abdul Aziz will be entitled to terminate the session and you will remain liable for the payment of the session.

Timing of Sessions

Sessions will last for either 30 minutes (acute illness) or 60 minutes (chronic illness). If for any reason you have not signed in Skype within 10 minutes of the start of a 30-minute session, or within 15 minutes of a 60-minute session, the session will automatically end and will be deemed as a missed session.


The fee for an acute initial consultation is $50 (Australian dollars) for 30 minutes. The fee for a chronic initial consultation is $100 (Australian dollars) for 60 minutes. Ongoing sessions last 30 minutes and cost $50 (Australian dollars).
